Kindersley is the host to the first-ever combined Sasktel Men’s Tankard & Viterra Women’s Curling Championships in January 2025!
This large event will be taking place in the West Central Events Center (The WCEC Arena) and will be televised. Tickets are on sale now!
This Provincial Championship will bring 18 (9 men’s & 9 women’s) teams, CURLSASK staff, many event volunteers, officials, media, coaching staff, families, and fans to our community over a two-week span. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase Kindersley, our curling club, and the West Central Region, while benefiting our local businesses and hospitality services.
All 18 curling teams will be competing on the West Central Events ice surface. Our entertainment spaces will utilize both the WCEC lounge and the curling rink lounge. The curling rink ice will be a practice surface for the curling teams. Our host committee has so many plans in the works, and we cannot wait to share all the happenings with you! Stay tuned!
